Renowned Nigerian barber Kufre Nnah has shared the inspiring story of his longtime bond with music superstar Davido.

In a touching revelation, Kufre recalled, “I began cutting Davido’s hair when he was just 12 years old. Back then, he paid me only ₦200.”

Now, over a decade later, Kufre charges as much as 2 million Naira per haircut, marking a major transformation in his career. “What a journey,” he wrote. “So proud to have been part of his story from the beginning.”

Kufre is the founder of Kayzplace Barbershop, a top-tier grooming brand with branches across Lagos. He started out in Lagos with just ₦5,000 and, through dedication and skill, has built an empire trusted by celebrities like Wizkid, Don Jazzy, and Burna Boy.
