Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe stole the spotlight with a stunning entrance at the premiere of her colleague Toyin Abraham’s latest film, Iyalode.
The glamorous event, held on Sunday night, was covered by 9jagossip, which reported that Toyin Abraham hosted the star-studded premiere ahead of the movie’s official release in cinemas on June 6.
In a clip making rounds online, Aigbe was captured arriving at the event in a grand style. The movie star was carried in a gleaming golden palanquin, lifted by men.
Hours before the premiere, Aigbe surprised Toyin with a bouquet of flowers. Toyin broke down into tears as she deeply hugged and kissed Aigbe.
A week back, Toyin slammed Aigbe over her outfit for Efe Irele’s My Mother Is A Witch premiere. She slammed Aigbe for going over the top in her outfit for another person’s movie premiere and warned her not to overdress at her movie premiere.
Responding to her, Aigbe informed her that she was bringing her A-game to the premiere as she would slay harder.
