Controversial Nigerian singer Portable has taken a swipe at Nollywood actress Biola Bayo over her failed marriage, mocking her following her recent revelation. His reaction appears to be linked to her past interview with his baby mama, Ashabi Simple.
According to 9jagossip, the Yoruba actress recently marked her husband’s birthday with an emotional message in which she revealed that they had been separated since April of the previous year. She added that they have chosen to co-parent their son in a mature and peaceful manner.
Addressing those who might feel disappointed, she sincerely apologised and expressed her wish that her marriage worked, but it’s best to stay alive to tell the story. Urging her fans to keep them in their prayers, she pointed out the irony at which she goes about making other people happy, but her pillow has been drenched with her own tears almost every night for the past 14 months.
In a video making rounds online, the controversial singer whose wife Biola interviewed last year pointed out the irony of her interviewing other people’s wives yet not being in her husband’s house.
Mocking her for her unsettled house, he noted how life is filled with drama.
“So you aren’t in your husband’s house, yet, you have been interviewing other people’s wives. No problem. So your house isn’t settled? You know, life is just like drama”.
Recall that in 2023, after many years of waiting, Biola Bayo welcomed her first child in her 40s after several failed IVFs. She narrated her painful journey to experience motherhood, revealing how she had a failed IVF, one cancelled surrogate circle, and three failed surrogate attempts within two years before she was blessed with her son.
