Kazim Adeoti, husband to Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe, has sparked reactions online following his recent interview on the Oyinmomo show.
In the interview, Kazim opened up about his early days as a marketer in the Nigerian movie industry, reflecting on the journey that shaped his career and personal life.
During his appearance on the Oyinmomo Show, the well-known figure was questioned about his professional background.
He revealed throughout his speech how Mercy Aigbe, his wife, captured his heart and remained by his side.
The popular Nollywood marketer, who successfully married one of the most beautiful actresses, shared the ugly side of his career.
While discussing his experiences so far, he stated that he has been duped several times by dishonest movie producers. He mentioned that the likes of Oga Bello, Femi Adebayo, Funke Akindele, Mercy Aigbe, and many others are renowned personalities he has worked with.
According to him, these figures, especially his second wife, Mercy Aigbe, left a lasting impression on him and stood out due to the traits he admired in her.
Furthermore, he shared that he has built houses and given out cars to many popular producers in the industry. However, he hates to brag, which is why he remains quiet when they misbehave.
“What I really admire about her is her honesty and straightforwardness, it’s something I truly respect. I remember back in 2011 when she starred in a film titled Hajia Jemila. After I paid her, I was already used to people complaining that the fee was too small. But in her case, she actually came back to tell me there was leftover money. I was genuinely shocked. At the time, many people advised me to only work closely with men if I wanted to succeed in the industry. But I decided to give her a chance, and she completely changed my perspective. She’s not only a woman but a beautiful one at that and still, she acted with so much integrity. Honestly, I never collected that remaining money from her, and we continued working together from there.”

Following the post, Mercy Aigbe later shared an appreciation post to all who have checked on her, including her friend, Iyabo Ojo and said words of prayers for them.
