“Saheed Osupa and I Are Now Inseparable, We’re Grandparents Now” – Pasuma Opens Up About His Bond with Colleague

Fuji music veteran, Alhaji Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, has reflected on the lesser-known accomplishments he shares with fellow icon, King Dr. Saheed Osupa.

Speaking on the Wasila Coded Podcast, Pasuma revealed that both artists have reached remarkable milestones in the Fuji music industry over the years. He added that they are now a source of inspiration for the younger generation of Fuji musicians, having paved the way through hard work and dedication.

Alhaji Pasuma stated that him and his colleagues King Dr Saheed Osupa is now a grandparents and they’ve both made thesame achievements.

Pasuma said, “I was called on the phone to come to her house to check on her because she was acting strange. When I got there, I told them there was nothing wrong with her because I believed she would be fine when she saw me. My mom was sleeping on my lap the day she died, and I still believed that she would wake up.

I was very close to my mother when she was alive, but I believed that it was her time to die, and I couldn’t stop it from happening. I’m just happy because it wasn’t as if we had to take her from one hospital to the other because she wasn’t sick. When she finished eating that day, she observed her daily prayer, and she said she wanted to rest a little bit, and she didn’t wake up again.”
