Veteran Nollywood actress Jumoke George has made an emotional appeal to Nigerians, opening up about the intense financial, health, and personal challenges she has been facing.
In a heartfelt interview with fellow actress Biola Bayo, Jumoke revealed that she has been homeless for the past five to six years and has been surviving with the help of her church. According to her, she has been living within the church premises, and it is the pastor’s wife who has been feeding and supporting her.
Speaking further, the actress disclosed that her health has been deteriorating since January 2nd, with repeated hospital visits. Now in debt, she revealed that her son has borrowed over N2 million on her behalf, and she still
She also revealed that her first child, a daughter, has been missing for the past four years, leaving her to single-handedly care for her grandchildren.

And immediately I introduced myself and chatted him up, he forwarded Madam Jumoke George’s contact to me via Whatsapp.
I called Madam Jumoke George and we spoke. I told her how much we love her that she should drop her account details, that she’ll get a few millions from a friend through me.
And so in collaboration with Spear News , my brother and friend, the anonymous donor credited my account with the sum of N5,000,000 (five million naira only) to support Madam Jumoke George, the Nollywood actress who is in distress but I could only transfer N4,500,000 as my daily limit has been exceeded.
She acknowledged the receipt in the voice note she dropped on Whatsapp.
Her prayers were deep and touching.
